Aamir Khan has reacted to Laapataa Girls being chosen as India’s entry for Oscars 2025. Opening up in regards to the proud second, Khan congratulated Kiran Rao and her staff for the achievement. “I’m so pleased with Kiran and her complete staff. I wish to thank the choice committee of the Movie Federation of India, which selected our movie to signify India on the Oscars.”
Delving deeper into the help that Laapataa Girls has obtained, he mentioned, “My heartfelt gratitude to our viewers, our media, and the whole movie fraternity, for all of the love and help they’ve given Laapataa Girls… I’m so completely satisfied that each one our arduous work has paid off.”
Aamir concluded his word by quipping that he needs the film “is ready to win the hearts of the members of the Academy.”
