Pubcaster France Télévisions has ordered an adaptation of a Frank Thilliez’s psychological thriller novel. Banijay France scripted labels Marathon Studio and Terence Movies are co-producing Il Était Deux Fois (Twice Upon a Time) as a six-part drama. Eric Delafosse and France Jacquet are creating the difference with Florian Thomas and Valentin Vincent directing. Plot synopsis reads: “Set in 2013, police captain Gabrielle Moscato (performed by Odile Vuillemin), a devoted and decided mom, embarks on a determined seek for her lacking daughter. When Moscato falls asleep in a lodge room, she wakes up twelve years later, in 2025, with no recollection of the time that has handed.
