Ariana Grande‘s flip as Saturday Night Live visitor host showcased her talent at imitating different artists.
In a sketch on the NBC late-night present tonight, Grande gave life to Canadian singer Celine Dion.
“Soccer, it’s a sport that connects who we’re to who we had been,” Grande says as Dion. “That’s the reason final week, I, Celine Dion, made a promo for Sunday Evening Soccer, OK? However soccer isn’t the one sport that connects us to our previous.”
Grande’s Dion explains that “there’s one other sport whose timeless emotion ignite the bittersweet recollections that dwell inside my soul and the octagon.”
It’s then revealed that Grande’s Dion is speaking about UFC and dedicates a theme tune known as “It’s All Coming Again to Me Now.”
The tune notes how violent and harmful UFC is, with Grande’s Dion singing, “There was breaking of bones and there have been knees to the balls.”
Grande’s Dion additionally describes the nice “recollections” of the bodily harm that working towards this sport does to its fighters like, “a girl in a sports activities bra with the tightest French braids and the flattest face, an indignant man with a cauliflower ear and a sideways nostril…”
Grande, as Dion, additionally mocks the UFC commentators, which incorporates Joe Rogan, describing them as “all bald and within the shiniest of shirts.”
