As promised, Bon Iver have launched the music video for the brand new tune “S P E Y S I D E.” With it, they’ve introduced that they’ll share a brand new EP, by way of Jagjaguwar, on October 18. Vernon wrote the three predominant songs of Sable,—“Issues Behind Issues Behind Issues,” “S P E Y S I D E,” and “Awards Season”—from 2020 to 2023, and he recorded them at his April Base studio in Wisconsin. Vernon produced the EP with Jim-E Stack. In line with a press launch, Sable, is “named for near-blackness.”
