Farhan Akhtar is ready to star within the struggle drama 120 Bahadur. The movie is a tribute to Maj Shaitan Singh Bhati PVC and the troopers of Charlie Firm, 13 Kumaon Regiment. Set towards the backdrop of the 1962 Indo-China struggle, 120 Bahadur attracts inspiration from the legendary Battle of Rezang La.
Earlier, Farhan Akhtar had shared a poster from the movie. It showcased his character with a bloodied face, holding a gun amidst a battle. He wrote, “It’s been 62 years since 1962. At this time, we honour the unparalleled braveness and sacrifice of the heroes of Rezang La. 120 Bahadur is our tribute to the valour and the indomitable spirit of Main Shaitan Singh and his courageous males, who stood their floor towards insurmountable odds. Their story echoes by way of time, reminding us of the value of freedom and the power of unity, with a particular salute to the Ahir group, whose sons displayed unmatched bravery in defending our nation.”
