Go Ahead And Die – the band presently that includes vocalists and guitarists Max Cavalera (Nailbomb, Soulfly, and so forth.) and Igor Amadeus Cavalera (Therapeutic Magic), drummer Johnny Valles (Therapeutic Magic), and bassist Jackie Cruz (Jade Helm) – will launch their first-ever stay album Higher Useless Than Mainstream: Stay At The Marquee Theater on September 13.
Higher Useless Than Mainstream: Stay At The Marquee Theater was recorded on September 25, 2021 on the Marquee Theater in Tempe, AZ. The album was produced, engineered, and mastered by Arthur Rizk (Soulfly, Power Trip), and is out there for pre-order right here.
“It is superb to me that the lockdown allowed Igor and myself the chance to make such a brutal file!” stated Max of the stay effort. “That period gave us a transparent view of dangerous social points as authoritarian rule was exploding in aggressive methods. This can be a true stay album, with no overdubs. It is as brutal because the pandemic!”
