Hilarie Burton Morgan is sharing a tease on the One Tree Hill sequel series in the works at Netflix.
Deadline reported final month that Burton Morgan and Sophia Bush are set to govt produce the sequence and reprise their Peyton Sawyer and Brook Davis roles, respectively. In telling the subsequent chapter of this story, Burton Morgan stated she needed to work with a workforce led by females.
“What I can say is that this go-around, with the ability to work with a workforce of ladies and take a look at these tales [and] these characters by way of a feminine lens is one thing that — whether or not I used to be doing a reboot or a model new present or a special film at this section in my life, feminine teamwork is one thing that’s so very important to me,” Burton Morgan advised Folks of the upcoming sequence.

She added, “It’s the core of something I’ve executed that’s profitable. So I’m excited to have the ability to workforce up with those that I look as much as, those that I really like dearly.”
Burton Morgan teased that her new perspective in life “impacts the way you inform tales” and influenced the brand new sequence and that she needs to place on the market now “are very totally different than they have been once I was 20.”

Burton Morgan and Bush have been among the many One Tree Hill solid members who accused show creator Marck Schwahn of sexual harassment. Though Schwahn has by no means talked in regards to the accusations, he was faraway from his duties from E!’s The Royals in 2017.
