Former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist and present Pearl Jam touring guitarist Josh Klinghoffer might be arraigned in California court docket for a misdemeanor charge of vehicular manslaughter with out gross negligence.
Klinghoffer‘s cost comes from an incident on March 18th, 2024, the place he hit Israel Sanchez, a 47-year previous pedestrian who was in a crosswalk on the time of the accident. Sanchez was taken to a neighborhood hospital and pronounced useless.
The guitarist’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, beforehand instructed TMZ that Klinghoffer was cooperating with authorities.
