Shabaka has enlisted rapper billy woods for a brand new tune known as “Timepieces.” It serves because the opening tune on the jazz musician’s Possession EP, which options additional contributions from woods’ Armand Hammer bandmate, Elucid, Esperanza Spalding, South African jazz musician Nduduzo Makhathini, Brandee Youthful, Carlos Niño, and Jason Moran.
