The rollout of this new album from The Mars Volta has been very complicated. It began when The Mars Volta hit the highway with Deftones and commenced playing their new record Lucro sucio; Los ojos del vacio in full live. Then it appeared that The Mars Volta frontman Cedric Bixler-Zavala gave away his own copy of the record to a meals supply individual. Remember the fact that Lucro sucio; Los ojos del vacio has by no means been formally introduced, and even acknowledged by the band’s label Clouds Hill.
Now to make issues much more complicated, Bixler-Zavala promoted a pre-order of the report from the Fingerprints Music store in Lengthy Seashore, CA on his Instagram account. There is a due date of April 11 on the shop’s website alongside this description: “The Mars Volta‘s ninth studio album represents a big milestone for the band, which has been regularly reinventing itself for greater than 20 years. With Lucro sucio; Los ojos del vacio, they ship an album that celebrates their roots, permitting them to reconnect with their origins. Followers are invited to embark on a musical journey.”
