Amos added, “I actually liked engaged on the MJ model of ‘Dancing within the Membership’—Jake [Lenderman] is chill AF and mad proficient. Extra so than some other track I’ve written this one was dreamt up for others to sing, so it was fairly freaky watching it fall into place with somebody like Jake dealing with lead vocals.”
Field for Buddy, Field for Star (Deluxe) is out April 25 through Double Double Whammy. The album options Snail Mail’s model of “Two Legs” and a brand new model of “Angel’s Eye,” made by Nate Amos’ father and sister, Bob and Sarah Amos.
