Practically 30 years after his screenwriting and directorial debut, Tom Hanks appreciates That Thing You Do! (1996) for its cult standing.
However the 2x Oscar winner jokingly used some colourful language to explain critics of the movie a few Nineteen Sixties small-town boy band who makes it large with an uptempo pop tune that pulls the eye of music supervisor Mr. White (portrayed by Hanks).
